Designing Effective Behavior Interventions

This session will look at designing behavioral interventions for various types of behavior problems.  We will talk about how to assess the different causes of behavior and how to address them with specific interventions.  Specifically, we will be looking at issues such as skill deficits, learned behavior, trauma, and emotional/behavioral reactivity.  We will then talk about how to design an intervention plan that provides the best chance for improvement.  This presentation should be helpful for both educators and parents.
